• Train workers how to properly clean
• Buy ten thousand dollars worth of equipment and learn to properly and efficiently clean windows

We bought bulk used/recycled golf balls from divers all around america and sorted/cleaned them and sold them for half the price of retail price D2C

My role as an owner

• hire and train people to sort and clean golf balls
• manage relationships with clients I bought balls from
• organic marketing (the account has 360,000 followers)
• paid advertisements
• making sure SOP's are correct and process is smooth in the warehouse
• making sure every time we got an order of balls I could push thousands of people to the website to sell out
• and the stress of being a business owner haha
