while working at cal poly i worked up top in the main kitchen prepping food and cooking meals for the only full kitchen in cal poly. after about six months i moved down stairs into there salad room. there i ran a crew of about 15 students in, cutting and prepping and cupping fruits, salads, sandwiches, veggie cups ect. we would produce around 1200 items daily for the campus.
