• Encourage, guide and provide leadership growth for the band leadership team.
• Assist all band members with growth in confidence and improvement in playing abilities.
• Minimize concerns by managing issues at lowest level before getting to the band director.

• Training on Roaming camera.

Ensured the loading and unloading of all band equipment to include all instruments, uniforms, music, platform, and additional items needed for all games, performances, and competitions.

• Assisted woodwind section with parts and marching instruction when captain was no present.
