• Relief Charge Nurse, collaborated with physicians to quickly assess patients and deliver appropriate treatment while managing rapidly changing conditions. Trained new nurses/ preceptor
• Monitored patient condition by interpreting and tracking EFM tracing,readings, identifying irregular telemetry readings and updating team members on changes in stability or acuity.
• Participated in nursing simulation activities, evidence-based practice project implementation and competency development to further nursing education.
• Coordinated care of low and high-risk laboring women of childbearing age and immediate stabilization of newborn following delivery, work along with level 3 NICU standards

• Bereavement committee, fetal demise, planning ,educate staff of program to provide emotional support to grieving family
