Chandler Carter

Music has been a central part of my life from birth, and I'm ready to bring that same experience to the classroom. I have a strong background in music theory and composition. I graduated from Onondaga Community College in May 2023, and just recently from SUNY Oswego in May 2025. I also have an extensive background in church as a musician and musical director. I've dealt with dealing with different personality's of all different age groups and I feel as if I am now fully equip to help students grow in their musical journey and education. I will provide a structured environment to ensure positivity and growth. I also have interest in seeking higher education myself.
