  • While performing the duties of this Job, I am regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts including hydraulic presses, heated platen ovens, pneumatic tooling, pneumatic lift, electric drills and motors. During the process from the machine shop processing a slug into a preform conducting inspections to ensure the quality is up to engineering specifications. I am frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles during routine machining oil degreasing and sealing/release of the preforms requiring me to maintain a respirator fit check. Occasionally exposed to precarious places and caustic chemicals (Acetone, Isopropyl alcohol benzene, ammonia gas). The noise level in the work environment is not usually moderate requiring hearing protection in most areas. a constant preform inspection measuring ring segments within a tolerance of +/- 1 1,000th".maintaining accurate tooling quantity and quality inspection logs of all preforms
  • Knowledgeable in Anodization processes, including conducting inspections.
