• I worked in the nema department I worked on dismantling and assembling motors I know how to run the test pad, balance rotors
• When dismantling a motor for a costumer had to fill out a diagnostic paperwork for everything about the motor that would be wrong with it
• When assembling a motor had to install everything that was taken apart and all to spec that costumer had
• And inspecting bearings, bearings, windings, and any other damage that may have been to the motor
