Workshop (Dayhab) for Foundations clients that are mentally disabled, pick clients up in the morning on the bus and drop them off at Leaps and Bounds, do daily activities (arts and crafts, exercise, help with doing chores), toilet clients, change clients when they need restroom assistance, play games, help with sensory activities, feed clients that need help feeding themselves, watch over higher functioning clients while they are at tables eating , take clients out for activities (parks, shows, take them out to eat), listen to clients when they need to talk about situations, help co workers when they need assistance with clients, load clients up on the bus and drop clients back off at home (Foundations), clean Leaps and Bounds upon return (clean leisure area where clients do activities and crafts, clean the kitchen area, and bathrooms area)

• Worked well with different people to address challenges and solve problems collaboratively.

• Supported patients to complete exercises included in treatment plans.
