4G/5G RAN SME, 

• The project involves the 5G vRAN Software validation testing of various network elements in commercial networks.
• Cross Vendor Inter-Operability testing to ensure the quality of the network. Joint testing with OEM/Chipset Vendors to check IODT functionalities of 5G gNB elements on various configurations & new feature enhancements.
• Performing analysis of various KPI impacts during SW rollouts., Responsibilities: - Software Validation Testing on vRAN elements of 5G network. Leading Interoperability testing activities like regression, functionality testing on various 5G configurations based on operator test networks.
• Responsible for validating Inter Vendor Cross Anchoring scenarios for ensuring the quality of the network.
• Perform analysis on RU/DU/CU node health checkups, user/system-level traces, performance monitoring, fault troubleshooting, and basic parameter audits and changes.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) efforts and prepare RCAs for various issues observed during testing in collaboration with HQ and other teams. Engage with vendors to escalate critical or time-sensitive issues requiring their support and resolution.
• Support on escalated issues from the ORAN Tier I team, resolving them and escalating to the ORAN Tier III team for urgent resolution when necessary.
• Participate in Sev 1 & Sev 2 outage bridges and provide on-call support on a rotational basis as the technical subject matter expert., 5G-NR (SA, NSA), VoNR, EPS-FB, XCAL/XCAP, Wireshark, USM, XLPT/5GPT, Tableau, SPEARS
