  • Resolve any potential and actual problems directly with carriers and offsite facilities to eliminate customer complaints; includes expediting, diversions, rebilling, unloading overloaded railcars, pump outs of customers silos, return of product, and reporting
  • Lead the resolution of distribution problems
  • Planning and inventory management for packaged raw materials and for mineral oil and rubber (received via rail), including consumption requirements based production schedules, necessary days on hand, and required reporting based of forecast and actual needs
  • Generate daily shipping information, maintain databases, and generate required reports, by entering transactions in SAP, using various web or Microsoft applications, or emailing shipping information as needed to customer, and emailing styrene status reports and raw material ETA to company personnel, in order to communicate the complete and accurate status of all customer shipments
