

Hello, my name is Chang Chih-Wei. I graduated from Mingshin University of Science and Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, where I built a solid foundation in mechanical design and automation, and accumulated five to six years of experience in equipment maintenance and improvement. I am currently working at Wistron Corporation as an SMT Equipment Engineer, responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of equipment such as pick-and-place machines, printers, and reflow ovens. My role ensures production line stability and product quality. I also support cross-department collaboration and assist production line staff in enhancing their equipment operation skills. Previously, I worked at Yong Wang Co., Ltd. as an Equipment Service Engineer, focusing on the repair and maintenance of SMT Panasonic equipment parts, responding quickly to abnormalities, and reducing downtime. Earlier in my career, I served as an Assistant Engineer at Chien-Yi Enterprise and Global Instrument Technology, where I was engaged in automation mechanisms and mechanical-related work, gaining hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, jig processing, and modification. Additionally, I worked at Shiang Ming Technology as a CNC Machining Operator, which strengthened my skills in parts machining and drawing conversion. These diverse experiences have given me comprehensive knowledge in equipment maintenance, improvement, and operation. I hold a Class C Mechanical Maintenance Technician License and am proficient in drawing software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Inventor, enabling me to design and modify parts and jigs. In terms of language, I have achieved a TOEIC score of 590, which allows me to handle basic English communication. I firmly believe that “equipment stability is the foundation of productivity.” I work with a proactive and practical attitude, addressing problems through active analysis, validation, and continuous improvement. Looking ahead, I aspire to further specialize in the equipment field, contributing my expertise in maintenance, improvement, and technical support to help the company enhance both production efficiency and quality.
