.Complete minor setups and adjustments on basic mechanical equipment and setup assemble

.Work productively and efficiently to support LEAN manufacturing initiatives

.Training employees and/or temps on basic production equipment as directed area lead or Supervisor

.Work safely in compliance with OSHA requirement and company policies and procedures

.Adjust machine control

.Inspect work pieces for defects, and measure workpieces to determine accuracy of machine operation

.Read blueprints to determine produce specifications and tooling instructions and to pan operation sequences

.Notifies safety team and/or supervisor of potential hazards

.Maintains a clean and organized work area, according to the principles 5S
