Invoices, ordering of inventory, handling ATF and 4473's background checks, and suppressors Form 4s. Maintained confidentiality of sensitive information and documents. Handled transfers of firearms shipments and receiving. Stocking of displays. Monitored office supply inventory levels, and placed orders when necessary. Have some knowledge of bookkeeping. Supported bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking. Communicated with customers, employees, and vendors to answer questions, and address concerns and complaints.
