Customer and Account Management Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all phone and email customer interactions including maintaining positive customer relations by addressing problems head-on and implementing successful corrective actions.

Bookkeeping Responsibilities
- Receive vendor invoices, validate for accuracy and prepare for payment processing.
- Provide strong customer service and support to prevent invoice and expense issues.
- Handle sensitive and confidential documents and information to maintain corporate reputation.
- Record deposits in QuickBooks, reconcile monthly bank accounts and track expenses.
- Document customer payment interactions and account statuses for future reference.
- Identify and contact customers with overdue accounts to address payment status.
- Perform accurate calculations in overtime, vacation, and sick hours to provide data to payroll processing database. Audit timesheets and payroll records for accuracy in a timely manner to meet employee expectations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records and payroll information, and update employee files with new details such as changes in address or salary levels.
Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
- Manage rental properties and tenants including all household and maintenance expenses, payments, scheduling, and following through with maintenance and work to be done at properties.
- Manage day to day tasks including paying bills, creating detailed itineraries for multiple people, and handling charitable donations.
- Display absolute discretion at handling confidential information and complete appropriate filing of personal and professional documentation.
- Provide multifaceted administration support and services including managing mail, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and managing documentation.
