- Route dive to help remove any barriers or obstacles which may prevent our DAs from completing their routes.
- Send DAs to help another DA when needed to make sure all packages on the road are attempted.
- Check in all DAs after completion of routes to keep track of all packages being returned to the station.
- Send out e-mails with ideas to help improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Perform safety audits to ensure vehicles can be safely and legally operated.
- Locate and separate packages for the given route.
- Organizing and loading all packages properly and safely into vehicle for most accuracy and efficiency.
- Contact customers to ensure certain deliveries will be approved.
- Conduct rescues after completion of own route to ensure customer promises are met by supporting other DAs with completing their routes.
