  • Generate clonal resources for ~100,000 coding variants across every Mendelian disease using scaled mutagenesis and gateway cloning techniques
  • Characterize missense variant of unknown significance across Mendelian Proteome
  • Develop a high throughput method of studying protein interactions using yeast two hybrid
  • Systematically measure the impact of Mendelian coding variation on protein-protein interactions
  • Collaborate with others on assessing how Mendelian coding variations affect cellular phenotypes, including protein stability, subcellular localization, cell viability, and morphology.
