  • Within my first three months at Morningside House of St. Charles as Executive Director, I strategically lead a community on target to end their last quarter and the year on a negative profit and census growth to actually close the year with a positive NOI, make budgeted census and financial growth for 2023 and carried that continued growth to make budget every month in 2024.
  • Collaborated with the Director of Sales and Marketing and local Rehabilitation Centers, Assisted Living Communities, Hospice Group, and Case Workers in the development of a Southern Maryland Networking group to benefit families transitioning between services. Meetings facilitated quarterly.
