  • During the start-up of the newly built ship - Icon of the Seas, my role and responsibilities included setting up the work areas, applying for the needed work permits and visa for crew, arranging transportation for the sign on and off crew, preparing needed documents for new ports, leading the documentation and process for full crew immigration check along with the CRMG & HRM, documents validation, ship clearance, liaises with the port agent and immigration officer, contributing to the training and professional development of the Crew Relations.
