  • Maintain close communication with the Engineer of Record and the contractor to perform a length fire alarm inspection, including point-to-point device testing and the sequence of operation of the Perelman Art Center. Performing final acceptance test along with Engineer of Record and REO and QAD of Port Authority of NY&NJ.
  • Assigned to JFK New Terminal One, conducting a variety of non-structural inspections and witnessing related tests, from underground plumbing pipes to the above-ceiling mechanical system and sprinkler. November 2023 to now.
  • Oversaw fire smoke damper inspections in JFK's new terminal. And maintain a clear record of inspection progress.
