As a young and willing individual, I can offer the best service possible to the position that I'm given in any career field. I am motivated, driven and committed to learning every day. With these qualities I've gained through experiences, I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke in November of 2020 with a degree in Biology. I've had experience in the lab working with specimens and different lab equipment. As well as have been involved in botanical and insect field studies and animal dissections. I have also obtained my Master's degree in Healthcare Administration in September of 2023. As a graduate of the University of North Central University (National University merger) with a Master's degree, I have been inducted into the National Society for Leadership and Success by way of the Master's program as well as Upsilon Phi Delta and Golden Key International Scholars, upholding a 3.9 GPA at the time of graduation in September of 2023. The career field of Healthcare administration provided me with the knowledge about the operations of a healthcare setting to be aware of the concepts of Human Resources, financial management, business development as a healthcare and HIPAA and other federal law systems to abide by. Lastly, I have knowledge and experience in CMS regulations regarding Medicaid and Medicare Insurance plans and how they benefit the community of those who were previously uninsured.
