Contacts necessary landlords, employers, and schools, for clearances regarding clients.
Verified applicant information by conducting telephone interviews to validate income and employment information reported on SNAP and Cash applications.
Prepares reports to request client information from local welfare centers if necessary.
Prepares financial E-budgets for program applicants to assist in determining needs and eligibility for ongoing financial assistance.
Scans documentation for necessary data collection into electronic files.
Improves client satisfaction by providing timely assistance with inquiries if needed.
