at Murray Crossing. (293 units) Oversaw maintenance, cleaning, and leasing staff of 5-7 people. Coordinated marketing and promotions and communication with prospective tenants and future tenants. Created Operational Budget for each Fiscal Year and ensured bills are paid in a timely manner. Collected rent and made bank deposits in a timely manner. Checked delinquent accounts and Served 3 day pay or vacate notices and other notices as needed through the normal course of operations.
