• Lead outreach and recruitment efforts focused on identifying qualified teachers for current and anticipated instructional vacancies throughout the District.
• Represent M-DCPS at university events, career fairs, hiring initiatives, and community-based programs to promote teaching opportunities and expand the pool of prospective educators.
• Review candidate qualifications, Florida certification status, and employment eligibility, then connect qualified applicants with school administrators based on instructional staffing needs.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment and hiring process by explaining requirements, responding to questions, and helping applicants navigate required steps and documentation.
• Develop relationships with colleges, universities, educator preparation programs, school leaders, and community organizations to strengthen pathways into instructional positions.

• Deliver Education and English courses to diverse adult learners, including Temporary Instructor Training, Florida Teacher Certification Examination Preparation, and Teacher Certification and Recertification courses.
• Develop and facilitate learner-centered instruction that connects educational theory, certification requirements, and practical classroom application.
• Support aspiring and practicing educators in strengthening pedagogical knowledge, academic communication, and professional readiness.

• Planned and delivered standards-based, differentiated instruction for general education, gifted, ESE, and ESOL students across grades 2-5, including the Extended Foreign Language (EFL) Program.
• Served as Grade-Level Chairperson and Science Coach, providing curriculum guidance, instructional strategies, and professional support to grade-level teachers.
• Created and administered assessments, analyzed student achievement data, and participated in data meetings to develop Tier 3 intervention strategies and improve academic outcomes.
• Developed Educational Plans for gifted students and adapted instruction to address varied learning needs, readiness levels, and academic goals.
• Managed the school-site Pinnacle Gradebook system and provided training and technical support to faculty members.

• Delivered evidence-based reading instruction to elementary students performing below grade level, using targeted strategies to strengthen literacy development and engagement.
