• Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual monitoring of revenue, quality assurance and operations of in-home respite care (Kern, San Gabriel/Pomona, San Bernardino, Riverside and Temecula Counties) through day-to-day oversight of operations, KPIs, staffing, compliance, billing, and payroll.
• Oversee territory and day-to-day of operations of 4,000+ clients, 2,000 caregivers, assistant manager, and 13+ office coordinators to ensure referral processing, on-boarding, staffing, process improvements, adherence to compliance, billing, and payroll through the management, coaching and implementation of scalable growth strategies.
• Provide ongoing training and expectation setting for staff regarding receiving referrals, conducting intakes, and managing quality assurance, direct care and provide resolutions to internal staff, frontline caregivers, and interdepartmental colleagues that support the organizational strategy and drive quality customer service.
• Design and implement strategy for territories, region, or the division through KPI outcome analysis, creation of short/long term goals, and implementation of program design, training, with inclusive monitoring and evaluation of results.
• Develop and direct interdepartmental leadership programs based on analysis of underperforming areas or missed opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures in accordance with State and Federal Regulations for Disability Services, the Lanterman Act and services (HIPAA, CMS, OSHA, or other governing agencies).
• Creates, maintains, and communicates efficient and timely employee and client-centered schedules according to the needs of California regional centers and families/person served.
• Demonstrate understanding of service lines, care plans, scope of practice and types of disabilities served through Disability Services’ respite, personal assistance, internship, social recreation care programs.
• Responsible for monthly monitoring of financial results, variance reporting and action plans to meet established budget objectives.
• Supervises inventory management including purchasing, product selection and supply usage.
• Ensures compliance with DaVita policies and procedures in accordance with State and Federal Regulations for patient care and services (HIPAA, CMS, OSHA, or other governing agencies).
• Creates, maintains and communicates efficient and timely employee and patient schedules according to the needs of the facility.
• Manage facility and regional calendar obligations, travel and corresponding expenses and transit.
• Regional hiring lead for clinic staff and student internship programs including nurses, patient care technicians, administrative assistants and interns.
• Mastery of DaVita media, data, and training platforms, including filming, editing, and publication of training videos or honor videos; hosting virtual conference calls and training sessions.
