- I operated a budget of over 3 million and streamlined all administrative systems
- During the Global Pandemic due to COVID-19, I was able to open the school for in person teaching after 2 and a half months of distance learning
- We were one of the first and only private schools in Texas to open successfully on June 1, 2020
- I created a COVID-19 Handbook, safety protocols, secured Personal Protective Equipment for Staff and I conducted faculty training
- I also implemented an extensive distance learning platform through GOOGLE classroom created by staff for our campus
- We developed videos of lessons, and scope of sequence through all areas of the curriculum: mathematics, geometry, language, science, history, sensorial, practical life, art and music
- The platform was accompanied by hand made materials created to correspond to the lessons that were given to each child in the community to continue the level of educational progression for the academic year when a classroom was required to quarantine.
