I'm a radio frequency engineer that is also skilled working on the AC/DC (alternating current/direct current) position of the job. Which both include troubleshooting, diagnosing, then repair the circuit boards for communication companies nationwide.

• Troubleshooting - I will analyze the unit visibly first for any blown parts, torn traces or water damage.
• Diagnosing - Hook the unit to the analyzer to read the waves that show the AC/DC and ripple. Check the reading on the diodes, caps, fuses, transformers and other parts on board with the digital multimeter.
• Repair - Use the solder iron, heat gun, and power tools for repairs. The sand blaster and a wire brush machine for cleaning the units.

When the unit is finished I enter the info in our data base. That includes everything that was completed on the unit with before and after pictures.

As an operations coordinator, I designed the trucks routes for our Florida, Georgia and Wisconsin locations. Would partner with the warehouse and drivers to make sure the customers deliveries are on time, no damages and drivers don't exceed the DOT hours.

• Respond to emails in a timely manner using microsoft excel. Proximately 80 - 100 emails per day.
• Geocode orders 80% and under to ensure accurate locations for deliveries.
• Design delivery routes accordingly in Dispatch Track for three different markets (states) based off our metric guidelines. Which included, volume, hours, pieces, and revenue on each truck.
• Add and remove deliveries throughout the day using Ashley order management, profit, batch routing and dispatchtrack.
• Update several reports such as the capacity report, available and discontinued inventory report, delivery issues report and returns report.
