Additional Information

I am flexible and work well with others but also work efficiently with minimal supervision. Since becoming a CCS Consultant for Southwest, I have completed my visits each quarter and helped in other areas where needed within the Southwest or other regions. I am organized and manage my time effectively to ensure I get my work completed each day. I have experience with training and coaching staff at my previous job and completed the 60 hour PLC training the spring of 2022.
