Research and resolve account problems, missing documents, etc. Identify errors and initiate corrective measures. Follow up and relay correct information to customers.
Handle transfer paperwork and verify if client has or has not previously decided on where money will be invested. Follow up and invest money when it comes in.
Attend wholesaler luncheons to expand knowledge of products and how they can fit into our clients needs.
