  • The responsibility as a Sub contractor through Eagle Alliance is to support install and keep Windows systems updated. Eagle Alliance supports all systems within 50 miles radios, and the migration process will be completed, and all issues resolved.
  • Re-builds profiles if becomes corrupted. Reset, passwords if lock out. Upgrades and maintains operating systems and layered software in accordance with established IT polices and proceed to achieve optimum performance levels.
  • Configured scripts with the CMU command line, saving the user's profiles, on the Windows systems before the old system is replaced.
  • Resolved user's issues after the migration. All the personal data from the departing CPU on the old operating system were removed.
