In this role I am responsible for supervising and leading the Production Control Team. We work closely with the Customer service team, Quality Control and production team to make sure all Graduation products are scheduled correctly to the production lines and products are met to specific customer requirements. Our goals during busy season are 350,000 diplomas and or announcements per week through shipping. I monitor spreadsheets and production reports to ensure items are scheduled correctly and produced on time.

• Trained staff of direct labor employees to perform assembly and manufacture of specified products.

In this position I was in charge of Supervising 30+ employees with the goal of producing a High Quality Cabinet Door and Drawer Front. I tracked daily metrics by using a daily management board with every specific metric and goals to meet. I tracked all attendance in ADP and used this to hold employees accountable.

• Evaluated team member performance regularly to identify and resolve productivity concerns.

In this position I am responsible for leading and supervising 100+ team members to produce a high quality product efficiently and safely. I am in charge of the batching, mixing, depositing, and packaging areas of the plant. I am responsible for tracking inventory, closing work orders, schedule achievement, safety and quality audits, and next day planning.

In my role as production Supervisor I managed hourly employees with objectives in schedule achievement, support quality, and safety requirements. I tracked daily inventories and scheduling to make sure proper levels were maintained. I was actively involved in the development and implementation of cost saving programs such as Kaizan events. I strived to keep team motivated by coaching and positive reinforcement. I performed payroll funtions such as maintaining timekeeping information and processing payroll.
