Overseeing the production of a variety of CNC machines such as star swiss, haas milling, robodrill milling with robot arm loading, edm under water milling, feeler methods milling and nakamura lathe. The requirements are to inspect finished parts with measurement gages such as micrometers, calipers, depth micrometers, plug gages, heights gages with indicator, keyence, comparator, comparator mylar overlay checks, CMM and smartscope software. After inspection, the finish results are to be written on inspection process data sheet within job traveler packet. When changing tools, tools are retrieved from vending and tool crib. Offset adjustments, program and macro programs edits are made if necessary. Production total and scrap part data are entered in epicor software at the ending of the shift for tracking purposes. Also Maintain and document weekly maintenance duties on every machine worked on from company check list. Also complete monthly reoccurring DOT safety reading modules as required.
Set up and oversee production of Haas milling machines. Check finished parts with measuring tools with micrometer, calipers, depth micrometers, plug gages, chamfer gage, keyence, comparator, and CMM software. All results were written on inspection sheet within job sequence folder. Tooling accessability was through vending. After tool changes, necessary offsets adjustments were made as well as program edits. At the ending of the shift, production entry was entered with Traksys software. Preventive maintenance duties were performed weekly such as removing used coolant with sump vacuum, cleaning coolant tank and replacing it with fresh coolant, check machines for sharp exposed corners, greasing robot arm for the tool carousel, lubricate chains for the changing pallets, checking oil levels and filling up if necessary.

All tooling was accessible through vending when tool changes were needed. Offset adjustments and program edits where made if necessary. At the ending of the shift, data entry were hand written on production ticket. Work areas were to be clean and ready for the next shift.
