Charles Baum

As a former Mental Health Technician and service in the United States Air Force, I developed strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to remain calm under pressure and provide support in fast-paced environments. These experiences have helped me build a solid foundation in customer service, with a focus on active listening, problem-solving, and empathy. Working in high-stress situations has taught me how to effectively manage time, stay organized, and handle challenging situations with professionalism and grace. Currently, as a student at Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC), I am eager to apply my skills in a dynamic and customer-focused environment, such as a server role. I am enthusiastic about providing exceptional service, collaborating with team members, and ensuring a positive experience for guests.
