• Worked with The automation department to upgrade three PLC5 racks to clx, with new network switches and fiber.
• Maintain and troubleshoot smart mcc electrical control systems
• Use Plantpax features to assist in troubleshooting plant issues and resolve.
• Design new control panels using AutoCad electrial software
• Assist with P&ID changes on projects/process changes
• Work with the automation department to establish process narratives.
• Worked with the plant to further automation efforts to improve process control and efficiency.
• Charlotte ADM
• Work with their automation team to identify and update network drawings
• Assist in setting up organized process networks smartmcc/vfd etc.
• relocated their server and process switches from a open area into a ventilated network cabinet
• Maintain and troubleshoot all electrical equipment and instrumentation at this location as well
• performed critical testing on process instrumentation with a documenting calibrator and turned in reports.
• On call 24/7 for both locations

• Worked as a 1099 employee for an automation company.
• Upgraded manual start conveyor systems to Sequence control
• Assisted in the installation of stacking/unstacking robotics to improve overall efficiency.
• Worked with their corporate engineer to set up an updated networking infrastructure to improve monitoring and control capabilities
• Assist in supervising a team to install field wiring and hardware.

• Supervise a small team at an LNG plant expansion project
• Install MCCs and terminate High voltage feeders and low voltage control wiring.
• terminate instrumentation i/o into Local and remote racks
• Install network hardware for VFD/softstart comms.
• Work with project engineers to set up network for local engineer stations and other operator control stations
• Install and calibrate Field instrumentation. Complete calibration reports and verify within tolerance.
• Use Rockwell/siemens programming software to make necessary adjustments and edit tags when needed.
