MANAGEMENT

I was the project manager for more than 6 years. My responsibilities included selling and designing new jobs and upgrading existing positions, writing software for the DDC/BAC controls interface with a Web GUI for end users, and setting up remote access. Directed a crew of 10 men.

Review technical drawings, floor plans, CCTV camera coverage maps, intrusion alarm layouts, and low voltage schematics. Collaborate with internal IT, facilities, construction, and safety teams to ensure security systems align with district standards and life-safety requirements. Maintain strong working relationships with LAUSD personnel, integrators, and security system vendors.
