Oversee project schedules, critical path activities, and recovery plans to ensure the timely delivery of security system deployments. Review and approve project documentation, including Statements of Work (SOW), security system designs, camera layouts, device counts, and Bills of Materials (BOM). Coordinate contractors, technicians, and vendors responsible for cabling, device installation, programming, and system commissioning. Conduct site walks, system inspections, and stakeholder meetings to assess progress, validate installations, and resolve issues: track project budgets, change orders, and documentation related to low-voltage and security system installations. Prepare status reports, progress updates, and risk mitigation plans for leadership and district stakeholders. Review technical drawings, floor plans, CCTV camera coverage maps, intrusion alarm layouts, and low voltage schematics. Collaborate with internal IT, facilities, construction, and safety teams to ensure security systems align with district standards and life-safety requirements. Maintain strong working relationships with LAUSD personnel, integrators, and security system vendors.
