- Manage 30 sites located throughout the US and Europe.
- Managing large staff and employees throughout the United States and Europe.
- Have managed several office openings and closures including planning and construction phases. (2022-2023 a total of new or office closures: 10).
- Directs the management of the facility, including the work of outside contractors.
- Support and maintenance of critical office support equipment.
- Maintaining and supporting data centers and server rooms (HVAC, electrical and plumbing).
- Prioritize work and deploy staff as required to ensure customer needs are met in regard to on-time delivery of services and quality of work. Ensures maximization of productivity through efficient use of standard operating procedures.
- Developing new procedures to improve the operation of the sites and to lower operating costs.
- Travel to other locations outside of the home state to manage sites.
- Making sure all facility certificates of inspections are updated.
- Responding and scheduling repair requests from practice area managers.
- Build relationships with all departments to foster effective management and utility of space, including working with maintenance/custodial staff, property management, Netops department, IT department, and security to name a few.
- Schedule and coordinate major moving, cleaning, and projects with practice area managers.
- Respond to office and staff inquiries; provide information, resolve problems, or refer to others as appropriate.
- Act as the point person and consult regularly with senior managers regarding project problems, complaints and general questions; gather needed data and account information to resolve problems.
- Paying and researching invoices.
- Manages and tracks the progress of construction and critical system projects.
- Assists with coordination of billing, invoicing, deliveries and project completion.
- Obtain/create building badges for new employees and current employees.
- Contact person for all security issues and access.

- Negotiate contracts for products and services related to facility equipment. Manager of the emergency response team for NYC offices.
- Have successfully managed multiple vendors across multiple disciplines (Real Estate, Construction, Facilities and Property Management, etc.). Experienced at sourcing, RFP process, scope of work creation, service level agreement, budgeting and oversight.
