  • Turned around LMST block 5 development and production contract. Program was in a significant loss position and customer confidence was low. Implemented a new plan to get the program back on schedule
  • Developed the follow-up proposal, $20M development and $500M production contract, pricing strategy and negotiated the contract. Pricing negotiated allowed the program to turn around the loss position on each system
  • Developed production pricing strategy and set the pricing for all production options. Options totaled $1 B
  • Wrote the management volume and developed the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule for a 24-month development program a first for the division.
