Charles Dillehunt III

• Works on a committee comprised of both full time and graduate students to create and implement the Residential Curriculum and plan and facilitate Graduate and Undergraduate Training for the Fall and Spring Semesters.
• Supervise, select, train, and evaluate team of 18 Resident Assistants in apartment and residents hall settings, directly in the performance of their assigned duties.
• Recruit, train, and advise hall governance and aid in development of student leaders including facilitating development of programming initiatives.
• Serve in the student conduct process as a university hearing officer and adjudicate conduct cases. Coach, train, and follow up with staff in conduct response and reporting protocols. Document incidents using the Maxient system.
• Serves on an “On-Call” rotation and participates in a rotating 24-hour senior staff duty coverage system for area housing of around 1600 residents.
• Responds as a member of the senior staff as crisis situations occur; intervene and make referrals as appropriate to individual and/or group concerns. Follow up with students after crisis situations.
• Established strong relationships with campus partners and vendors to provide exceptional support services to residents.
• Streamlined communication channels for enhanced collaboration, implementing effective team building activities.

• Orientation and Transition: Tabled as one of the faces of the Sorority and Fraternity Life (SFL) Office. Engaged in conversations around recruitment for all four council's under the SFL office. Fielded questions geared toward all aspects of the Greek Community and how to get involved in them.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzed data from the Fall and Spring semesters regarding various community standards important to the growth and development of members in the community. those being New Member Education Process, Academic Programming and Social Justice standards
• Collaboration: Worked collectively with faculty, staff and other campus departments to enhance the overall student experience in the Greek community. Participated on committees focused on PHA recruitment and IFC recruitment.
