I've taught film at the collegiate level since my first position.

At Southwestern Oklahoma University I taught such classes as The Future of Digital Film and Television, The Eyes of Hitchcock and Music and the Movies.

At the University of Oklahoma and Central Oklahoma State and Redlands college I taught as an adjunct The Elements of TV Production.

At OCCC I taught many film studies and film and TV production among many others.

Never did I ever think I'd learn to act but I went to training before playing the male lead in a theatrical feature called "Second Chances" written and directed by Rick Walker. I produced.

Created the state's first film commission to recruit films for economic development resulting in over $119 million in production.

Created the first state film and video degree program. at Oklahoma City Community College. Wrote all curriculum and designed all classes, raised funds through grants and other solicitations for equipment and lobbied the Oklahoma legislature for a full time active studio. Also created summer program.

Hired all faculty including Gray Frederickson, Academy Award winning producer of "The Godfather," "Godfather II," "Godfather III" and "Apocalypse Now," and Fritz Kiersch, director of "Children of the Corn."
