This job required me to install solar panels for government and commerciall properties.

We handled everything form unloading to mechanical installation

I utilized my safety training for my OSHA 30 to minimize risks.

My mechanical expertise allowed for efficient installation to decrease labor time.

This was a winter job which was expressly communicated to my employer after landscaping.

I maintained a safe environment for visitors to specific events through continuous risk assessment and threat analysis including gang identification, weapon confiscation, and non-confrontational verbal communication.

I leaned techniques such as verbal and limited physical judo, gang affiliative identifiers. I also learned how to use location tags on a wall with a mobile device for security checkpoints.

This job involved landscaping and hardscaping.

I already knew how to use a weed trimmer, lawnmower, chainsaw, and other gardening tools but this job helped me refine technique and precision.

I also learned how to do edging, hardscape pathways, and the correct ways to trim bushes, trees, some flowers, and ivy. along with those I learned how to use a zero turn lawnmower to mow patterns into a lawn.

There was tool maintenance I assisted in as well.

This job is where I gained an advanced knowledge of safety, tools, on job communication, and electrical and mechanical opperations.

I would do everything required to dismantle, install, repair, and maintain commercial and residential elevators with an emphasis on construction elevators the we called buck hoists, limited use handicap accessible lifts, and hydraulic and cable driven elevators.

I gained certifications such as OSHA 30, level 2 first aid and cpr, and level one hoisting and rigging.

This was my first job that included a lot of my basic trade skills that I have utilized in both a work environment and my personal life.

I managed property maintenance, tennant communication, and rent collection on Chester St., Gladstone Ave, N. Grant, Gale St., and other places on the east side of Indianapolis.

I implemented geometry and mathematics to dismantle, measure, cut, and install many types of utilities such as plumbing and piping (inccluding soddering copper pipe as well as using bonding glue for pvc), flooring, gutters, windows, doors, and limited roofing. I learned on the job how to clean, stain, prime, and paint wood. I used a pressure washer to clean the vinyl on the side of houses. I scraped tile and vinyl flooring and replaced them with carpet. I changed out utilities including smoke detectors, electrochemiical detectors, and home appliances. I was also responsible for cleaning and preparing for new tenants along with the upkeep of the lawn and walkways.

I also collected invoices and was reasponsible for serving eviction notices.
