Serves as NCOIC of the 68C Practical Nurse Course Hospital-Based Training program at William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC); supervises daily operations; oversees the professional and personal development of seven NCOs and three base system civilian employee, provides support to four Officers and two senior system civilian employees; oversees 44 weeks of training for two iterations per year, up to 90 students combined, including over 1600 clinical contact hours and didactic instruction, and 18 examinations per class; ensures administrative policies and course materials remain consistent with the licensing standards provided by the Texas Board of Nursing and Army Medical Center of Excellence; safeguards equipment valued at over $2M
