• Serves as the Noncommissioned Officer of inpatient Services at Evans Army Community Hospital a 60 operational bed community hospital that serves 69,000 enrolled beneficiaries per day; supervises over 250 personnel over six units, consisting of a 22-bed Ward, 6-bed ICU, 26-bed Mother-Baby and Level 1 Nursery, 9-bed Labor and Delivery, and a 12-bed Behavioral Health Unit; manages a budget over $4 million in equipment and supplies; assists the Chief with the orientation education, and professional development of all inpatient nursing personnel to ensure clinical competence, military readiness and workload productivity; ensures the quality and safety of in patient services is provided to all beneficiaries IAW the hospital mission.

• Serves as a Platoon Sergeant and Practical Nurse of an Intermediate Care Ward (ICW) for an 84-bed Combat Support Hospital (CSH), supporting the mission of the 44th Medical Brigade; responsible for the training, quality of life, accountability and professional development of six NCOs and twenty five Soldiers; provides Critical Care Nursing to include medication therapy, wound care, physiological monitoring and intravenous therapy; accountable for over $700,000.00 worth of high-end medical equipment; manages medical supply inventory with section; plans, conducts and assesses section training; assists with implementing and evaluating training goals.
• Master Marksmanship and Master Pistol Training Instructor, effectively managed, coached, and mentored over 300 Soldiers to ensure their qualification during six Battalion marksmanship ranges.
• Developed and led the implementation of the Hospital staking team, creating new modular field hospital deployment packages and training over 30 Soldiers of the ICU and ICW in the setup and internalization procedures during Battalion Field Training Exercises
