I was born on February 23, 2007, in Baltimore, Maryland. My family and friends call me by my nickname, CJ, but my mother named me Charles Fleming II after my father, who was serving in Iraq at the time. I'm the only boy with two older sisters who are much older than me. There is a 21-year gap between my oldest sister and me. My dad was so excited that he couldn't wait to come home to see me. When he finally returned home safely, he decided it was time for him to retire and enjoy time with his family. When growing up, I had an inspiration of building and designing, as I do with building Legos, playing minecraft and editing games on roblox something that inspired me to become a civil engineer for the future of my childhood inspiration of what I liked to do to my own career. Growing up with career goals, I wanted to attend college for a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. When finding a college, I looked at Morgan State University, which has the best Engineering programs to study and experience for what I am studying for, and also was close to home, which was my option for my study of Civil Engineering. I do have a job at a grocery retail store at Harris Teeter as a store bagger and cart collector, and my accomplished grocery bagger at Harris Teeter, recognized for enhancing customer satisfaction through efficient bagging and exceptional service. Being employed with Harris Teeter, which was my first job, helped with my future and growing confidence for my long-term and short-term goals to accomplish them for who I need to be and what I am today.

In the school year of 2024 - 2025, I did virtual school, which has made me understand and learn better than I do In-Person with more peace, quiet, time, and focus for my school assignments, even with being safer and more confident as a student from home. I really think virtual online school have help more with learning because back when I was in Middle school, before the pandemic, I did have some benefits with in-person schooling, but overall I'd prefer online school with more peace, and during my final year of High School I was able to manage my class schedule perfectly on time and complete my assignments with no disturbances when finishing High School I completed my GPA with straight A's and perfect class attendance as my honor roll during High School and graduated strong with a High School Diploma with my hardwork and effort in challenges and big challenges to a well focused minded accomplishment which took my next challenge into college studying Civil Engineer for A bachelors Degree and having that same energy of effort that I had for High School and putting it into a high level of education which is college that I am studying right now for my future for who I need to be and who I am today.
