• I currently work as an alarm/tech for a company called Vivint as a technician
• In this job I specialize in a multitude of areas ranging from Installing new systems, servicing old systems, programming, automation, working with low voltage electricity including AC and DC power, working with hand and power tools, ladders, glowrods, termination of wires, troubleshooting, problem solving, sales and team leadership.
• At Vivint we are expected to program entire systems made up of items that are to communicate with each other from multiple sources that combine into one easy to use system for the customer. This involves a lot of programming through 345 MHz frequencies and ZWave. We work with PoE and PLC devices. This requires knowledge and efficiency in running CAT5-CAT6 ,18/2 along with RJ45 termination. Once up and running we use these systems to automate households to operate without the need of human interaction, making it easy for customers to go about their day stress free.
• Another important aspect of this job is customer relations.

How we interact with customers is very important in building relationships and expanding our business

• I was employed fulltime with the US Postal Service as a Mail Carrier
• I carried mail on different routes daily along with running collection routes
• In this field I could expect long work hours and a constant change of scenery, along with a fast-paced work environment
• The post office had an array of vehicles in their fleet which include LLV's, Promasters, 2Tons, all of which I am certified and have much experience driving from day to day

• I obtained my insurance license in 2021 and sold supplemental insurance with Platinum in Kansas
• This included cancer, heart attack and stroke policies
• I also sold Accident policies, primarily to big farmers that worked with a lot of heavy equipment
• During this time I honed in my skills with customer communication and gained skills in prospecting and salesmanship

• I started my career with Hobby Lobby as an order puller
• I prepared orders sent to retail stores located around the United States
• I have built an understanding for equipment and machinery operation, along with radio frequency (RF) scanner and computer operating systems
• Following I became a supervisor and was given responsibilities of team leadership and quality control

• At my time at Old Navy I primarily worked as a sales associate and cashier
• My duties including helping customers with their needs to finding merchandise, as well as to promote sales of merchandise and store credit cards
• I also helped with the display of the store to promote further sales

• My primary duties as a waiter and cashier were to help customers receive their orders and help with any needs they may have had
• My other duties including helping in the kitchen with meal preparation and overall sanitation

• My duties with him were to help on any work that was needed of me, such as paint application, building, moving large, weighted items, transportation of items, and other construction related duties
