  • Improved ability to process good mileage reimbursement data while data in error was also corrected and resubmitted for payment
  • Previously hand calculations were used to combine two months of data
  • This method resulted in employees having to wait one month for their reimbursement checks to be processed
  • The new process eliminated delays in reimbursement checks by 50%
  • Completed 6 month project to bring seniority MS Access database up to date after being lapse for two years
  • This required gaining a thorough understanding of the database schema and entering the data directly into the database
