I've been the Fleet Manager for Maine Lobster and Processing for nearly 10 years.
In this time I have been in charge of a growing fleet of 12 trucks of various sizes and overseen the hiring and managing of a crew of drivers.
I'm responsible for all equipment purchasing, maintenance and regulatory oversight.
In a seasonal and volatile business such as the seafood industry constant shifting of personnel and equipment to satisfy our companies needs as well as our customers needs is a daily challenge.
I still hold a valid Class A license with many endorsements as well as staying up to date on my hazmat and TWIC certifications.
I'm also certified through Maine Motor Transport as a drug and alcohol safety officer.
