Use loaders etc to move supplies flow-in from tarmac to job site . Operate small backhoe/blade to pull power line supplies from transformers to power Plant 200 yards away in trench we established. Refill trench minus any debris and sharp objects and layered and compacted and ensure warning tape was installed. Set Main fuel tank for Power Station on pads. Installed Metal sheeting I side and outside . Built entire complex walls and roofing. Set off the ground Steel Pad base in sections and use Building plans supplied along with Booklet of requirements. Maintained equipment of fuel and oils and safety lock down. Used additional equipment rented at Village and returned .

Hired by John Watsjold as a mechanic for Airport Road Car Storage, now know as Agens Automotive Repair. Ray Agen the owner. Ray was shop manager when hired . Repair all types of domestic and foreign cars and trucks and clean stalls on slower days and work on Customer's vehicles in storage as required. Kirk Gay asked me in April 1980 to help him build Valhalla Lodge in the Lake Clark Region and then work for him until 1986.

Accomplishments

Was asked to build a remote private lodge under less than ideal circumstances and under duress from inoperable organization. Decided to put my abilities to work around the issues. It worked out and Kirk Gay requested I stay working for him. Then in 1982 the Master Carpenter building the lodge requested me for the Seair Deadhorse terminal with double the salary at going rate. Seair merged with Western Airlines and each company paid me a salary to make sure the project stayed on time and without mishap.
