  • I'm currently a field technician for Spectrum
  • I've worked my way up to Field tech 5 and have done the coursework for Field tech 6
  • My job consists of installing, disconnecting, reconnecting, and troubleshooting internet, cable, and phone services at customer locations
  • I also help educate customers about their existing and new services while promoting other services to help solve customer problems
  • I also help other coworkers with any questions they have, and am a team player
  • Delivered high-quality work by diligently following standard operating procedures.
