• Directed the transition of 87 U.S Global accounts and performed 100% knowledge transfer within a week to my team in Costa Rica. With an aggressive schedule, I oversaw the most complex scope ever brought into the service center.
• Streamlined and overhauled an on boarding process that took 6 months, with a 100% onboarding fail rate.
• Created a value stream mapping on the process, eliminated all the pain points, wait times, and included several escalation points and a walkthrough class to cut the on boarding time down to 45 days to realize a 87% onboarding success rate and a customer satisfaction rate of 95%.
• Managed and Coordinated IT effort for Indiana Tax Amnesty which generated revenues of more than $255 Million dollars within 30 days.
