My name is Charles Hayes and I am 16 years old. I just completed my Sophomore year at North High School in Torrance California. I enjoy school and my grades show as I made Honor 2 semesters with a 3.5 GPA. I do not have much work experience as I am only 16, but I know how to take direction. I am very organized and not mind the idea of mental or physical labor. I have been told by teachers and family that I have a wonderful disposition on life and my positive attitude reflects on to others. This summer is the summer I told myself I would seek part time employment and I absolutely plan to fulfill that goal.

- Volunteered to use every lunch break, Monday - Friday to clean up all the lunch tables after my class mates were done eating.
- Volunteered to sort through all the "rubbish" left behind after every snack and break.
- Sorted out recyclable material from trash.
- Rinsed / cleaned all recycling and sorted plastics from all other recyclable materials.
- Stored all plastics to be sent to recycling center.
- Properly disposed off all rubbish for trash pick up.
