New York Cancer & Blood Specialists medical assistant's duties include performing standard medical assistant tasks like taking vital signs and patient history, but also assisting with more advanced procedures like bladder scans, urinary flow studies, catheterizations, preparing patients for cystoscopy, and providing detailed patient education related to urological conditions, all under the supervision of a urologist; they may also manage complex patient schedules, coordinate with outside specialists, and perform advanced administrative tasks like insurance verification and billing.

Package Handlers are responsible for the physical loading, unloading and/or sorting of packages by hand, including lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying and placing, in a safe and efficient manner. Package Handlers may be assigned to or rotate through various areas and positions such as Loader, Unloader, Palletizer, Scan Weigh and Key, Quality Assurance, Facer, Switcher.

As a Project Manager my key responsibilities include were identifying project goals and scope, planning and documenting project tasks, ensuring deliverables are delivered on-time, managing all project resources, effectively communicating with stakeholders, proactively addressing potential risks and blockers, documenting project processes using relevant tools, and ultimately ensuring the project achieves high quality results and success; essentially overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion while maintaining alignment with objectives and deadlines.
