Operation of hospitals HVAC systems and equipment campus wide. Utilization of the BMS, making necessary adjustments with a focus on patient comfort and needs of the medical staff. Diagnostics, troubleshooting,material ordering for repair or replacement of components of the same. Preventative maintenance on the aforementioned systems including cooling towers, chill water lines and reheat systems, facilitating and monitoring the pressure differential for negative and positive pressure spaces, as well as routine filter and belt changes. Familiarity with the various associated trades. Participation in "Joint Commission" preparation in all areas as assigned by supervisory staff in support of the needs of te hospital.

Mechanic: Multiple trade related disciplines including electrical, plumbing, and general construction. Welding and repairing equipment, re-lamping, painting, plunging clogged facilities, replacing ceiling tiles, relocating and reinstalling decorations and pictures. Assembly of furnishings. Operation of heavy equipment including "Bobcats", lifts and hoists, forklifts, and other such equipment.

HVAC Engineer: Operation and maintenance of all HVAC equipment such as chillers, cooling towers, low pressure scotch boilers, and pneumatic compressors. All associated recordkeeping and reporting.

Running the maintenance department and staff working in a hotel environment, maintaining the working conditions, including the HVAC plant, housekeeping and kitchen equipment. Created and implemented a preventative maintenance program. Assisted in the hiring and training of the engineering and maintenance staff. Departmental administration including budgets, reporting, scheduling, employee evaluations,vendor selection and negotiation. Room Refreshing including wallpapering and repair, painting,tile work. Hands on work for much of the cosmetic and general construction concerns.

Operation and maintenance of the centrifugal and reciprocating chillers and the entire HVAC plant including all pumps, cooling towers and relevant equipment. Performed building rounds and inspections along with the associated record keeping as well as shift log entries, lock out tag out and fire instance documentation.
